Sometimes you just want to experiment with an idea without uploading it to the internet. My main problem with super simple server is that there is no easy way run my site on localhost: without uploading it to the internet. I do not want to upload my site yet, I just want to fiddle around until I am satisfied with my work.

Can't you just use the option serve the website and use your hostname ie. computer.local so when you go to it in a webbrowser it renders. That works for me.
