Why is there increased spacing appearing after every two usages of 'quote' and 'codebox' elements?

Order doesn't matter; it can be 'quote'-'quote'-'codebox'-'codebox' or 'quote'-'codebox'-'quote'-'codebox' or anyhow, but as you can see there, after every two usages there is increased spacing, although in both last two examples all four usages are made consecutively without any empty lines in between them, only one new line after each one.
